These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sponsorcore's CACFP compliance and reporting software and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. This is a general-purpose template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before you rely on it.

Use of the Service

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable USDA CACFP and state-agency requirements.

Your data

You retain ownership of the program data you enter or import. You grant us the rights necessary to host and process that data to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit and for any claims filed based on it.

Plans & billing

The free plan is provided for evaluation and testing. Paid plans are billed per active site as described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can add or remove sites from your dashboard, and your bill adjusts accordingly.

Compliance disclaimer

Sponsorcore provides tools to help you manage CACFP compliance, but you remain responsible for meeting all program requirements. The Service's validations and reports are aids, not a guarantee of compliance or reimbursement.

Availability & warranties

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, subject to your right to export your data.
